One day a script on my site started malfunctioning and causing various errors. This had been the first problem I had encountered in the last 6 months when I first set up the site. I called their tech support line and almost immediately I was put through to one of IXweb’s technicians. I explained to him what was happening and he showed me step by step what to do to remove the script and fix it. I was surprised at how easy he made it seem. Afterwards I received an email from him listing his name and extension and to call him if I had any further problems. He also explained that IXweb provided live technical support chat as well as a ticket system in case I could not reach him. This type of one on one co-operation is what I believe puts IXweb ahead of its competitors by leaps and bounds. They may not offer as many bells and whistles like other hosts do, but the customer service you can expect from then is truly exceptional. I would like nothing better than to thank IXweb for all their hardwork. Good job IXweb staff, keep it up.
