I had been fed up with my previous host because of all the downtime we had and perhaps even worse than the downtime had been there reluctance to accept any sort of responsibility. My friend who used IXweb always spoke very highly of them, so I decided I would go to them. I noticed the difference right away. IXweb helped me transfer my site quickly and did set up and installation for free. I don’t think I’ve had downtime since my site went live using IXweb, and there has been no loss of speed or crashing even during the busiest hours. (one of many problems with my old host) Their package actually even offered more of pretty much everything for the same price. I decided I would be staying with IXweb that day. After actually using them I understand why my friend and so many others place such trust in them. A company such as this is only as good as its servers reliability, and IXweb has comes through every time.
